PRICES ON THE WEBSITE:
The price, which we offer on SatisarTravels.com, generally includes accommodation charges in case of hotel bookings, taxes (unless specified otherwise), and in special cases some meals (Breakfast /Lunch / Dinner). It never comprises any personal expense or other additional charges like telephone calls, personal-man services, entrance fees of any monuments and bar charges, etc.
MODE OF PAYMENTS:
To take advantage of any travel facility or services through SatisarTravels.com, you have to give your payment in advance. It gives you the confirmation of the booking. The amount may also depend on the kinds of services you are going to avail.
To make the payments online, you can use Visa, Master, and American Express Cards. Satisar Travels offers a safe transaction process and ensures you that your personal security codes will not be revealed in worst cases also.
For international advance payments, you can use Bank / Wire Transfer and transfer the amount into our bank account together with the additional charges levied by the banks.

Satisar Travels is a purely online booking portal and thus if any client is denied boarding an international flight due to the non-existence of legal travel documents, then Satisar Travels won’t be liable, and the client has to bear the loss.
COMMUNICATION POLICY OF THE SITE:
On transacting with this site, you will receive an e-mail from Satisar Travels for the status of your transaction. The e-mail will be sent to the e-mail address provided by you, and Satisar Travels is not responsible for the receipt of the supposed e-mail in your inbox. The customer acknowledges that the SMS sent by Satisar Travels is an added facility for the convenience of the customers. It is not compulsory as per the law to provide SMS service alerts to the customers. If you don’t receive any SMS for any reason, Satisar Travels is not liable for the same.
Satisar Travels is not responsible for providing information about any change in flight schedules, cancellation, and status of airline or hotel, etc.
Booking, Amendment & Cancellation Policy:
Every booking made on Satisar Travels is subject to cancellation charges levied by the airline, which may vary with respect to flight and booking class.
• Satisar Travels levies negligible amount of 300 Rs. per passenger/per sector for domestic and 500 Rs. per passenger/per sector for international air tickets as cancellation service charges Plus applicable taxes.
• Zero Cancellation-Fee product premium charged at the time of booking is non-refundable.
• Convenience fees are non-refundable in all cases.
• Some bookings may be non-refundable as per the specific airline’s policy.
• Some bookings cannot be cancelled partially as per the specific airline’s policy.

We assist you in making various amendments for bookings. In few cases, you need to contact the airline directly. Amendment charges on Satisar Travels are subject to change as per the policy of the airline, which varies due to flight timings and booking class. To cancel the tickets within 24 Hrs of the journey, Satisar Travels recommends customer to contact directly to the Airlines and after that, send the cancellation request on our website for refunds. Satisar Travels is not responsible for any delay or cancellation or amendment of flights from airline’s end.
In case of no-show or unutilized bookings, the customers are required to make requests for any valid refunds, as per the defined policies, within 90 days from the travel date in case of air/ rail/ cab/ bus tickets and/or the date of check-in for hotel bookings. No refund would be payable for requests raised after the expiry of 90 days of travel date/ check-in as aforementioned and all unclaimed amounts for such no-show or unutilized bookings shall accordingly be deemed to have been forfeited.
In case of an amendment by the customer leading to rescheduling of the original booking, the original booking shall stand modified and any cancellation in the original booking shall lead to cancellation in the rescheduled booking. For cancellation requests received, the refund shall be processed at the earliest once request is received. In case of direct cancellation through airlines, refunds shall be processed post deduction of airline charges along with our service charge. All refunds shall be processed subject to processing of refunds by the respective airline/service provider. Please note convenience fee charged at the time of booking is not refundable.
In case of international bookings if the customer is marked as No show for onward sector, then the customer will be considered No show for the return sector as well. (Issued under Single PNR). In such scenarios customers need to connect the respective Airline directly before No show.
The tickets issued by Satisar Travels shall be valid for a period of 1 year from the date of issuance of the ticket or such other period as may be prescribed by the concerned airline as per its policy.

Miscellaneous Terms & Conditions
Payment & Receipts: All payments must be made to the authorized cashier of Satisar Travels, and an official printed receipt must be obtained as proof of payment.
Mode of Payment: All cheques or demand drafts must be ‘A/c Payee Only’ and drawn in favour of ‘SATISAR TRAVELS’. Bank Transfers or PayID payments must be made only to the official account or PayID mentioned on the invoice.
Payment Due Date & Late Fees: Payments must be made within the due date mentioned on the invoice.
Booking Confirmation: All bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and issuance of tickets or travel vouchers.
Check-In Times and Procedures: Passengers must adhere to airline check-in rules. Generally, check-in counters close 60 minutes prior for domestic flights and 2 hours prior for international flights. Failure to report before closure may result in denied boarding without refund or compensation.
Valid ID, Passports, Visas, and Travel Documentation: Passengers must carry valid identification and all necessary travel documents:
Baggage Policy: Baggage allowance varies according to airline and fare class. Passengers are responsible for confirming baggage limits before travel. Excess baggage may attract additional charges payable directly to the airline. Satisar Travels assumes no responsibility for lost, delayed, or damaged baggage.
Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refunds: Cancellations and reschedules are governed by the airline’s fare rules and penalties.
Denied Boarding, Flight Delays, or Cancellations: SATISAR TRAVELS is not liable for any denied boarding, flight delays, cancellations, or schedule changes initiated by the airline. Airlines are directly responsible for informing passengers about such changes using contact details provided at the time of booking.
For any loss (financial or non-financial) incurred by the customer due to denied boarding, flight delays or cancellation, Satisar Travels cannot be made liable. Satisar Travels is just a medium between service provider and the end customer.
Special Assistance (Wheelchair/Meal/Seat Requests): Passengers requiring special assistance (SSR) must inform either the airline or Satisar Travels at least 48 hours before departure. Fulfilment of SSR requests depends entirely on airline policy and availability. Satisar Travels does not guarantee such requests.
Travel Insurance / Assurance: Passengers are encouraged to purchase travel insurance to cover unforeseen events such as trip cancellation, medical emergencies, or baggage loss. Insurance is governed by the provider’s own terms, and Satisar Travels shall not be responsible for any claim rejection or delay by the insurer. In absence of a valid travel insurance, Satisar Travel cannot be made liable for any loss incurred by the customer.
Third-Party Services Disclaimer: Satisar Travels functions only as an intermediary between passengers and third-party service providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Therefore, We shall not be responsible for any delay, loss, cancellation, accident, injury, or default of third-party providers.
Force Majeure: Satisar Travels shall not be liable for any disruption due to circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural calamities, strikes, wars, pandemics, government actions, or airline operational failures.
Communication & Complaint Handling: All official communication and complaints must be addressed in writing to Satisar Travels via official email. Verbal or WhatsApp communications will not be considered official. Our customer service team will assist in coordination with the relevant airline or supplier where applicable.
Data Privacy: Satisar Travels respects customer privacy and handles all data in accordance with applicable data protection laws. Information may be shared with travel suppliers or authorities only when necessary for fulfilling booking requirements.
Limitation of Liability: Under no circumstances shall Satisar Travels’ total liability exceed the amount of service fees received for the specific transaction in dispute.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: For all those transactions where invoicing is done in India, all transactions are governed by Indian law, and any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Pune, India.

Applicability of Terms & Conditions: These Terms and Conditions shall be read in conjunction with the respective Airline, Hotel, or Service Provider’s Terms and Conditions. In case of any overlap or conflict, both sets of terms shall apply concurrently to the extent possible.
