Role overview

Satisar Travels is looking for enthusiastic Computer Graduates to join our Travel Operations team in Pune. This is a fresher-friendly opportunity for candidates who want to build a career in the travel industry. We will provide on-the-job training in flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, travel documentation, customer handling and daily travel operations. Candidates should have good communication skills, basic computer knowledge and the ability to use AI tools effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Handle flight, hotel, holiday package and other travel-related bookings.
• Assist with itinerary planning, quotations and travel arrangements.
• Communicate with customers and respond to travel-related queries.
• Learn booking systems, supplier portals and travel operations procedures.
• Use ChatGPT, Google Gemini and other AI tools to improve research, productivity and customer support.
• Maintain booking records and assist with Excel reports and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams, airlines, hotels and travel partners.
• Follow company procedures and deliver timely customer service.

Qualifications & requirements

• Graduate in Computer Science, IT or a related computer field.
• Freshers are welcome; prior travel industry experience is not required.
• Good working knowledge of computers, MS Excel and MS Word.
• Good verbal and written English communication skills.
• Familiarity with ChatGPT, Google Gemini and other AI tools, including effective prompting and practical usage.
• Good typing speed, willingness to learn and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Flexible to learn new software and travel booking systems.
